1. Engagement plan
We have developed a successful engagement plan that we work trough with our clients. We examine your goals. assess current technology and reporting strategies and provide a solution architecture to reach your objectives.
2. Strategic Goal Discovery
It is necessary to understand your goals to help us to shape our approach. Does your strategy include:

- Improving internal reporting, KPI definition and benchmarking?
- Having increased granularity of data?
- Identifying anomalies?
- Calculation of ROI based upon improved performance?
3. Tech Discovery
We’ll have a conversation to understand the technology and reporting systems that you have in place:
- Where is your utility data? How is it currently collated, stored and analysed?
- What data collection methods and technology is in place?
- is there sub-metering present? Does the BMS act as a data collation hub? Is the BMS accessible via an API? Is data collected manually? Does your Utility company have an accessible API?
- What reporting is in place?
- Are there specific KPI’s or measures that are applied to your asset types or business sector?
- Is your reporting currently semi-manual using Excel or similar or do you employ a tool such as PowerBI?
- Is there an ESG reporting platform in use?
